I ordered a QuickStart broadband package on 28th Sep and it is to be delivered on 13th Oct, tomorrow. I haven't received any information regarding the delivery apart from the initial email on the date of order. I have no tracking details either. I am not able to get through to the customer service chat after waiting for a long time. Can you please let me know the status of the delivery?
