QuickStart Delivery

Hi, I ordered a QuickStart Kit on 16/03/22 and received an email of the order summary in which it says the delivery date was 19/03/22. My kit has not arrived and i have not received any other emails or been contacted in any other way by Virgin Media. I cannot track my order as I do not have a MyVirginMedia account and it wont let me make one.
