QuickStart Broadband No Connection

Hi
I received my QuickStart pack today. All connected up per the instructions. Previous person in the house had virgin also. Just have the green WiFi signs and the flashing green base light! I’ve reset it and restarted the hub numerous times now and just keeps flashing. Called the activation number also

Can anyone help me?
