Quick

This may be a silly question but I have received the QuickStart package to activate. The penultimate section says to connect my phone with the correct connectors which were not included in the package. I am confused as to whether I need to connect the phone to the hub my package includes virgins line rental is this the same as virgin phone...am I going to lose my landline phone if I don’t connect to the new hub?

Hi i believe that virgins landline phones are now connected via the hub now. Regards Micky
