Got the kit, plugged everything in and hub doesn't connect to Internet. Ran the test on my virgin and results page states Disconnected....

have you activated it - if double check all connections inside and outside - if you are not happy with any tighten them and try the activation line again
if all looks good you need a tech - wait here and one of the VM people should arrange something
