I have received the quick start kit but have no virgin wall socket only a plusnet phone socket.
I have tried numerous times to get in touch by phone and email but no answer or just a bot.
If I cannot book an engineer I will have to cancel before the 14 day period is up.
Is there any way to get help??
You will only have received a quick start kit if the last people who lived at your property had Virgin Media before.

No there was a brown box and inside wall socket years ago but plusnet removed it.
There is a brown box on my neighbours side.
Hi you will need to get in touch with customer services to arrange a visit to get the equipment installed as you do not have a virgin media socket inside the property.
