Quick start unsuccessful no broadband

Hello ,

we have done our QuickStart setup all cables are connected properly but needs activating or something and all call centres are closed right now , can anyone help us out ? Thanks

Hi

If the equipment just needs activating then there should be a number in the pack that you ring which is a automated line, once you ring it finds your account and automatically activates your equipment. You dont need to speak to anyone

I cannot find any number in the pack that came to activate it and I call 08009539500 going through the automated service to activate it and says I cannot get through due to centres being closed
