07.02.23 I have ordered bigger bundle for tv and broadband with landline for the first time. 08.02 I got a message from virgin that tommorow 09.02 my quick start kit for land line will be delivered with yodel. It has not arrived. All my ordered bundles will not be activated while I will not recieve my quick start information. Yesterday I have spent 1.5 hours on the calls to virgin and nobody know where is my kit. Can someone finally sort i out? I didnt ever got tracking number from yodel. I had it in orders on my app till 09.02.23 then it dissapeared.
