My quick start kit and a SIM card were due to be delivered on the 03/01/24 around 13-14, time when my flatmate is usually home. She didn't get anything delivered there at this time nor later. We still waited a bit because sometimes delivery companies check something as delivered and only actually deliver the product later. But we got nothing, so I assume it was stolen by someone passing by, a neighbor or the DPD ireland driver. Now I'm trying to figure out how to request another kit to be delivered. I am traveling and can't call virgin media at the moment and the chatbot doesn't give me the option to talk to a representative. I've raised a complaint but it might take 5 business days to get a reply and I really need to have my broadband installed ASAP as I work from home twice a week (and also I don't like to pay for a service I can't use). Can someone help me??

Try calling the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help. Calling close to 08.00 should get you through quickest
