Super hub 4 just arrived and theres no power supply in the box, just 2 different plug sockets but no power brick... Virgin dont seem to be taking calls? How am I supposed to use the hub?
They are taking calls, just as they are taking a LONG time to answer them!
It's best to ring at 8am to get an answer.

Have you since been able to get a power lead for the hub?
