Hi everyone,
I have had my Hub3 box activated today, I followed all of the steps on the QuickStart installation but I’m still getting a green flashing power led. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

if you are sure its been activated then a bad connection or a fault in the cable back to the cabinet

you can wait here - vm take a few days to get to threads though or ring - 8 in the morning is a good time
