I received my quick start hub today, everything seems to be connected fine and the White light is solid at the base as it should be but I can't get on the Internet.
I've tried the phone line but that doesn't help as it asks me for a phone number which I don't have at this property. I also don't know the account number it asks for either.
Can someone please assist me with this issue?
If you access the HUB on http://192.168.0.1 and login, what's the 'Internet' status on the overview section on the main page?
solid white light would say you are connected to the system and again would suggest you have activated it - if not ring the activation number - not sure you will get anything today [sunday]
if you have activated it it could be a backend problem which only VM can solve - wait here for VM or ring them
