Re: Quick start at new property - current equipment looks damaged

Hi Timbo99,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry if you've been struggling to get help with this.

Did Jon manage to help you with this? If not we can still help to get an engineer sent out.

Is there any adverse affects with your services due to this?

Thanks,

Megan_L

Re: Quick start at new property - current equipment looks damaged

Hi Megan, The service had been running okay until recently, but since has become very poor. Are you able to send a technician to tidy up the wires? They are exposed on the outside wall as the cover is damaged and im unable to fix it back on.

Many thanks,

Tim
