Hi I have just received my new package and opted for the quick install as I know how to plug things in however I don't have any coaxial wall sockets. I have checked outside and there is a brown box shared with the neighbour. Surly there has been a connection previously otherwise we wouldn't have been able to order the quick install. I think we are going to need an engineer to locate the connection. Please can you advise. Many thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received all of your equipment ready for a self installation.
