Quick set up hub5 ?

Recieved my hub 5 with a quick set up installation. Been at it 3 hours and still flashing red! Rang 3 times. And recoeved a text saying new hub and services are set up...still flashing red on hub and TV bd virgin tv box doesn't connect to WiFi. Nothing does. I'm actually fuming. My daughter has her online zoom classes all day tomorrow and this is no good!

It may not have been activated properly onto your account.

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) and check – you will need the serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number

Se what they say - if they say it is activated, then call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and book a Tech install
