Recieved my hub 5 with a quick set up installation. Been at it 3 hours and still flashing red! Rang 3 times. And recoeved a text saying new hub and services are set up...still flashing red on hub and TV bd virgin tv box doesn't connect to WiFi. Nothing does. I'm actually fuming. My daughter has her online zoom classes all day tomorrow and this is no good!
