Quick installation but no cables.

Good morning,

I requested and sorted a house move with VM and they said to bring my current equipment with me and that they’d send out some new stuff as well. 

my issue now is that I’ve gone to my new home and there is no wires from the outside box into the house. It would seem the plasterers have either ripped them out when redoing it. Or the previous owner has done it. 

I’ve been trying to contact virgin to get an engineer to come and resolve this issue but unfortunately cannot seem to find the correct number. 

can anybody point me in the correct direct please? Or assist in anyway.
