Hello, I have just received my quick installation package and I don’t have a place to plug the cable into. It says on the instructions to plug it into the virgin wall socket however we do not have one. 

please can we have someone to come out and fit one for us? Thankyou

You may have a coax cable, rather than an actual wall box:

Thanks for all the replies, we can see the install is now complete - could you kindly advise if everything looks ok after the tech visit and is there anything more you need help with?
