Hi,
I ordered a broadband package a few days ago. The QuickStart pack was supposed to arrive today, however, I have had no update on the order (no dispatch notification or yodel tracking ID).
I work from home and my previous contract will run out next week so I really cannot be without internet.
I have tried to contact the sales team and customer service but with no success since I do not yet have a customer reference number.
Is there a way to track the status of the QuickStart pack delivery?
