Hello
I've called on 22nd of May and joined Virgin media for the first time with a contract starting tomorrow, 1st June 2022.
The email I received on 22nd May says my Quick start kit will be delivered by 1st June, but I still haven't yet received an email with a tracking number (perhaps from Yodel?).
Is this a normal situation? I really need to switch my provider smoothly tomorrow as my family will need internet for work, study etc.
I'd appreciate if you could tell me how I can track my kit.
