Query about my order

Hi, I placed an order for for tv, broadband and phone on the 24th of March and I’m expecting to take delivery of my new equipment tomorrow however I never received my contract plus my welcome email was blank which just said message excluded and as a result can not register to track my order. So will my equipment be arriving tomorrow as planned?

You should still receive your equipment if that was the date you was given.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately I don’t actually have an account number yet. I suppose I’ll just wait and see if the stuff turns up tomorrow and take it from there
