QS hub not working

I’m a virgin tech and I’ve been sent a qs hub replacement. My other hub died. The new hub locks on with no internet access. It either hasn’t been swapped and activated properly or something is wrong with the occurrence. Can this please be checked? I have tried to call but due to on going Coronavirus issue I can’t get in touch with anyone. Also when I phone the activation number it says something went wrong.

It does sound like occurence or hit related as you said! 

Which activations team have you attempted to call?
