Hub 3 in router mode is a parcel.

stick it in modem mode and buy a decent router/access point - you won’t regret it.

Okay. Resetting my NAS' Settings fixed this issue for me. The network configuration is now exactly as it was when I was experiencing issues, but now it works. It's working so, I'm not going to question it. xD

So, if you're having issues with your QNAP, hold the Reset button for 3 seconds or use your old setup to access the NAS and reset the settings via the Administration Page.

Still going to use the Hub 3.0 in Modem Mode because this TP-Link is miles ahead and our LAN speeds are even faster now somehow.
