Pull cable team and engineer did not show up

Hi all 

The pull cable team and the engineer did not show up today. It was the installation day and was already postponed once.

Virgin is not responding, I have been waiting on the phone for 35min. Anyone here knows what is the best course of action? Is 0345 454 1111 the only phone number to get to the installation team?

The website does not let me reschedule as it obviously thinks the installation is happening today.
