Activated new HUB4 but on trinity saying account not provisioned. Any1 know who I contact?
If your account isn't provisioned it sounds like you need to call the activation line with your hub serial number, account number and area number on 0800 953 9500.
I've had a quick look at your details and can see that your Hub 4 is online and I've quickly had a glance at it's details since I'm there and everything looks fine. Let you know if you have any issues with it.
