Problems

Constant problems all weeks since I choose to upgrade and bad customer service. I have now lost my children’s channels. I was told this problem would be resolved remotely. This didn’t happen and engineer was booked to come out. He’s then said it’s not problem to fix. I’m so fed up of being fobbed off by Virgin this week.
