Problems following engineer visit

Hi.

I've recently done a house move, and there was no internal box so an engineer came out to fit one this afternoon. The WiFi and TV worked fine for 2 hours but has now gone off. I've rebooted twice and checked all connectors but hard no joy. Anyone had anything similar and got any suggestions?

Re: Problems following engineer visit

than strongly suggests the connection is ok - try a full reset - hold the button a good 30 sec - do not turn off after it resets just allow it to sort itself out if that does not help

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream
