Problem with activation after moving

Hi, 

I used the self activation option after moving and have been able to set up my WiFi router so that it has a green WiFi sign and solid white line at the bottom. However there is no internet access and I have been unable to get through to anyone at the call centre. 

Please assist

It probably hasn't been activated properly, try the activation number again: 0800 953 9500

As I said, I’ve spent minimum 4 hours on the line on hold and then getting hung up on. So now looking for other alternatives
