Pre pull

Hello,

I have been told the pre pull for my connection has been completed. I have had a look outside of my property and I can't see no cables or the usual brown box anywhere. Does this mean it hasn't been done.

The pre pull could refer to the cables that go under the road and/or footpath.  Are there any boxes on the footpath at your property?

I've looked and there is no cables or boxes anywhere on my property. There has been engineers up Telegraph poles near my house connecting Fibre optic cables. They told me they are working on behalf of VM.
