I am also having a nightmare getting Virgin Broadband. Two engineers have called and say that it is possible as both neighbours have virgin but the sales team say that the address is "unserviceable".
Where do I go from here?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry if you're feeling a little left out on your street!

I've sent all of that off to the team now, just to reiterate they will aim to contact you within 10 working days 🙂
Hopefully you will be able to become a customer of ours soon after this!
Or at least find out why if it's not possible.
