Hi I’ve been given the number for the pre installation team but due to covid the line doesn’t connect. There’s an automated message then it cuts off. Is there anyone on hear who can get in contact with the area team for me please?
The preinstall team are a law in themselves. They'll guarantee everything has been or will be done by the date specified until it isn't, then give you a new date. The only date that's guaranteed is when you can actually connect. Anything upto that date is pure guesswork and may or may not happen.
