Pre-install survey

Before I order I want to be sure drive does not need dug up. Web site mentions Engineer attending to do pre install survey - how do you get an Engineer to do this as I cant see any way to book.

Thank for reaching out to us here , welcome to the community.

When you place an order with us we can also arrange a site survey prior to any work being completed. Should the survey uncover any issues that cannot be overcome you could then cancel your order without charge however our installation technicians are very skilled and creative and should be able to minimise and disruption.

Site surveys are not bookable online as part of the normal process but I am happy to support you with arranging this for you if you would like ? I will send you a private message to talk further.
