Hi,

How do I book a pre-installation engineer survey?

I live in a rented property and need to know what works will be done, where the cable will go and what drilling will take place so that I can get permission from my landlord.

I phoned yesterday and spoke to someone called Donald, but it was like to talking to a brick wall, simply didn't understand what I wanted or just ignored what I wanted and kept repeating the set up steps to me.
