On the 14th of august I completed my order for the gig1 fibre and I haven’t since received any further information regarding set up, delivery date or even an account number. As there’s no account number I can’t seem to find any support, I don’t wish to do this a second time due to the hard credit check completed on my account, how would I go about getting this resolved?
