I was wondering if someone could help me regarding my pre installation.
I had placed an order on the 22nd December 2020 for broadband, tv and landline. It is for a new build home with the whole street having access to Virgin Media. The install date kept getting pushed back and back from the initial install day of the 14th January. Its been over a 1 month now and still no sign of any progress. Could someone private message me to help solve this where I can provide more details.
