Hi all, I signed up to VM last week. External installation meant to have been done 16th Nov and internal due 19th.
VM sent me the standard Covid-19 questions via text which I responded (Next then NO) then proceeded to cancel installation appt on Thursday as it said I was shielding (which I am not and responded appropriately in the text messaging).
Trying to get through to VM for another installation date is a PITA as I'm sure you guys know.
Just wondered how to proceed with this issue and if I might get VM BB set up this century. (FYI- I'm moving so had cancelled my previous provider).
