I took out virginmedia broadband & phone line on the 20th January 2023 but I’ve not heard anything just the email I got Pre-documents saying starting on the 24th January, does it take time to change my number over  (keeping old number) because its been nearly 3 weeks, I might give it another week might go back to plusnet
