I have received quick start kit on Monday. We had virgin before and are now returning customers. Due to our wall socket being the different one (page 6 start up booklet), we need the power plug (see pic attached). I have been on various phone calls to virgin on Monday evening and Tuesday. First time was told it would arrive within 24 hours and then told on Tuesday that it would arrive within 3-5 working days. I have phoned up today again and there apparently has been no order put through. So fed up of this…I work from home and am having to use other relatives houses for internet. I need this resolved ASAP…please help. Plus I am already being charged for a service I can not use.

sorry for hijacking the thread... the cable that comes from the power plug to the wall plate... does anyone know is this just a standard coaxial cable?
had install recently and the cable is now too short to where I want to plug it in. Looking to replace it.

If you purchase a coaxial cable from a third party site for example, they may not work properly if you do the work yourself, I can certainly look into this for you though and get somebody out to you if you need a relocation or longer cable!
