Potential new customer - new postcode issue

Hi - I live in a new build house which has a different, new postcode to the main road my house is on. The main road has super fast 1GB Virgin fibre and my neighbours on the road have it installed however when I put in my postcode on the checker I am told no services are available from virgin. Its driving me mad as I work from home and Virgin services would transform my ability to work effectively as otherwise I am stuck on old BT lines with download speeds of 5MB. Please can someone from Virgin help me to validate if I can have  your services installed?
