Potential New Customer - Address not found

I would like to join Virgin Media for broadband only but my address is not showing in your system. Its a new build property which was registered over a week ago. My next door neighbours property is on the system and he is already up and running with wifi. Also when we moved into the property the housing company said that Virgin has already installed a cable in our house.
