Postcode checker

Hi, 

VM supplies every numbered house on my street, but does not show ‘named houses’ when using the post code checker. I’m interested in VMs product, so would like to know if you can connect me.

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling to find your address on our database. However I can confirm that we do show house names and not just numbers. However, for various reasons you may not be listed so I would like to take a look at this for you. In order to do so I would need a little bit more information so I will send you a private message if that’s okay?

thank you for providing the information via private message, I have taken a look at this for you and confirm that your property unfortunately is not serviceable. Whilst the other addresses on your street are listed, they also show as not serviceable. 

I am sorry but at present we cannot service you. it is most likely because your street appears to be a private road.
