I live in a block of four townhouses (numbers are 13, 13A, 13B and 13C). When I pop my postcode into the checker, 13, 13A and 13C are shown in the list of the addresses but not mine (13B). If I click the "can't find your address" button my address is then in the list but clicking on it takes me to the form to have Virgin contact you about whether you can get the service. Could a technician look at this when possible please? I don't understand why all of my neighbours are shown and my address isn't... I am very keen to sign up but when I have filled in the form previously, I haven't had a response.
