Postcode checker giving incorrect result for Apartment block

Hi there,

i’m in an apartment block where some apartments have Virgin media.

However; when I select my specific apartment I get a message that states virgin media is unavailable. I’ve tried next doors and it works.

Could someone help?

What does it say on our Post Code checker?

 

What have our Sales team advised? if you haven't spoken to them you can contact them on 0800 183 1234.
