I have recently moved into a new build home and am now looking to set up broadband.

There is a great deal with VM which I am very interested in.

However, when I put in my postcode and select my address, it tells me that services are unavailable.

I don't think this is correct, as there are VM boxes already installed in the house.

Is there any way to solve this please?
