It keeps sending me the BOT which then advises I need an engineer and they will get back to me within 10 days. I've done this several times since last year and never get a response. Neighbours have Virgin and the fibre manhole is in my front lawn so no idea why I can't get a service check? Thought I'd start here! Thanks 😀.
