I mainly see issues with my work VPN connection, which is what lead to this latest round of troubleshooting. I did have an engineer come round many months ago now to remove an unused TV signal splitter that he said was causing some noise, but I can't say I have noticed a difference one way or the other from this.
I am currently using the Super Hub in router mode as this problem seems worse when using it in modem mode with my own router.
