Those errors, together with the slope in signal levels from the lowest to the highest frequency channels, strongly suggest a cable or connection fault. 

Check all the internal coax connections are secure. If that doesn't fix it you will need to call in for a technician visit to check outside.

Thanks for reaching back out to us. Apologies in the delay in responding and the issues you are having with your service. Could you please ensure that you have removed all third party equipment and completed the testing with our Hub in router most and post the results, should we need to look into this further we will need the Hub to be kept in router mode.

Agree, the Hub is showing the Downstream power is too high, and far too many PostRS errors.  Running in Router mode will not change this.  The OP needs a tech to visit and fix this.

Sorry for delay in getting back.  All my cables in the house was replaced last year when the engineer came out to fix a bad connection and none has been moved since.  I have since you reply checked them and the connections and all look good to me.
