Poor service

I've joined vigin money 💰 😎 

Switched saved money on Shell Energy 🐚 🙌 👌 

Waiting 127 minutes in a call queue, recieved £30, ok 👌 

Broadband box arrived, easy set up, its not, read instructions, twice.. It turned up a day late after taking time off to set up and sort out as was recorded delivery..

So in balance do I need Virgin, I'd like to say yes, however Coronavirus can only answer so many excuses for bad service. 

I have a 5g connection and can tether, I'm 4g at home so would like a better band width, I'm unsure though and may Cancel. 

Thoughts please.
