Pods not showing on app - nothing connecting.

Joining in

I have 3 pods with my plan and all 3 have disconnected from my Hub and when I go to the connect app there not showing. I try to add them but it says I have no Pods to add. This is stopping my wife from working at home.

To update, after I rebooted the Hub there now showing on the app but saying Wi-Fi Pod not found with an ! next to it.

Sorry to see all 3 pods have disconnected ☹.

Please can you sign out the app, clear cache and data for the app and then sign back in, see if it refreshes the connections.
