Had a wifi pod recently delivered but it just keeps flashing blue and green.

Tried to sort via the connect app but this isn’t picking up my router.

Hey @Collis1991,

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, have you tried deleting and redownloading the Connect app at all? Are you also connected to the right WIFI network with no VPN enabled when trying to connect the Hub to the app?

Hey,

tried the above but still not able to find my hub through the app.

have had my wifi pod since last Thursday but still flashing. Have moved into the same room but still not working

Thanks for confirming this, so that I can look into it I will need to pull you into a quick private message to confirm some information from you, if you have not used this feature before you can access it via the envelope at the top of your screen.
