@muhammadfa Please don't create multiple threads for the same issue, it doesn't get your issue resolved any quicker and is against the forum rules.  I have merged your threads.

It is a bad idea to post your account number on this public forum and is also against the forum rules.  I have flagged your post with the mods to get it edited but I think they may have finished for the day so I strongly recommend you edit your post and remove the account number.

All posts on the forum are public, it wouldn't be much of a community otherwise.  The important thing is you have removed the personal info and for future reference only send that kind of info to VM staff via Private Message (PM) if requested.

Have you called the VM activation line on 0800 953 9500 to get the hub activated?
